THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE NURSING ROLES AND FUNCTIONS ABOUT THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFEAR SERVICES

1.公共卫生福利服务的提供方式与公共卫生护士的角色探讨了公共卫生福利服务在行政直接管理下的委托提供方式、委托合同的内容以及行政机关聘用的公共卫生护士在"洗浴服务“、"短期停留服务”、“日间服务”、“居家照顾支援中心”、“老人健康检查”、“孕妇及婴儿家访指导”等，了解行政机关公共卫生护士的角色特征，特别是对可信服务的评估和服务质量的保证起着非常重要的作用我们研究了护士的做法和咨询的客户在家庭护理支持中心。并调查了行政机关聘用的公共卫生护士参与这些咨询和护理支持的实际情况。从本研究中，它被认为是公共卫生护士的角色的特点是促进独立和自我照顾的客户，家庭和邻居的人，支持和合作，与其他照顾工作者，如家庭佣工，以确保服务质量在家庭护理支持中心等。

1.THE WAY OF PROVIDING OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE SERVICIES AND THE PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE'S ROLES.We researched the way of providing of the public health and welfare servicies, which they were trusted of under direct management of administration, the contents of the trust contracts, and the roles of the Public Health Nurses employed by the administrative organ, about 'The bathing services', 'The short stay services', 'The day services', 'The in-home care support center', 'The health checkups for the eldery' and 'The home visit guidance for pregnant women and infants'.As a result, we recognized the characteristics of the Public Health Nurse's roles employed by the administrative organ from these researches, especially the estimation of assessment of the trusted services and the assurances of the quality of services were very important roles.2.THE RESEARCH OF THE PRACTICES AND RECOGNITIONS OF THE NURSE'S AS A CONSIGNEE.We researched the nurse's practices and the consultations for the clients of the in-home care support centers. We also investigated the actual conditions of the participations to these consulatation and care supports of the Public Health Nurses employed by the administrative organ. From this research, it was recognized that the characteristics of the Public Health Nurse's roles were to acelerate independences and selfcare of the clients, family and the neighboring peoples, to support and collaborate with the other care workers for example home-helper, to assure the quality of the services in the in-home care support center and so on.
