目的是将目前社会上所要面对的各种问题整理为信息伦理问题，并检讨高等院校、大学等资讯伦理教育课程的理想方式，为达到此目的，指派大主题负责各研究代表与研究者，并进行案例的搜集，研究代表研究了信息技术的进步对男孩、青年、中年等各代人的交往空间产生了什么样的影响。

It has a purpose of organizing a various problem to be taken up in the society as the problem of the information ethics at present and reviewing the ideal way of the information ethics education curriculum in the institutions of higher education, the university and so on.It assigned the big theme to take charge of every research representative and research apportioner to achieve this purpose and it did the collection of the case, the investigation of the existence research and so on every theme.The research representative studied what influence did the communication space undergo for the various generations such as the boys, the young men, or the middle age by the improvement of the information technology.
