项目摘要

2022年度は理論枠の共有と実証分析の方法に関する検討を進めることが課題であった。４回にわかる研究会を開催し、①フレイレの限界状況論における時間論、②バフチンのクロノトポス論、③アスマンの文化的記憶論を手掛かりに、「コミュニティ・ストーリー」の構造についての仮説を検討した。①では、「空間の時間化」が重要な概念として浮上した。民衆にとっての日常が展開する空間を生成の相において把握する時に、民衆の時間意識も変化し、未来を志向する可能性が生まれる。時間意識に関して、バフチンはフレイレと同様に、日常生活者の抱える矛盾が明らかにされるとともに、生成の相が意識化され、それにより世界は動き出し、時間は歴史性を持つようになると指摘している（②）。これらにより、日常生活者に内在する矛盾と時間意識の相関に着目する必要性と意義を確認した。③しかしながら、歴史性を有する時間に立脚する歴史意識そのものが、その次元に内在する対立の所産であることに留意する必要がある。アライダ・アスマンは、歴史と記憶の二項対立図式を批判し、「住まわれた記憶」としての機能的記憶と「住まわれざる記憶」としての蓄積的記憶の二つの記憶を区分しつつ、両者が補いあって想起がなされると整理したが、その過程では権力的な統制も作用する。ここから、コミュニティ・ストーリーの構成過程における対立とその統一をめぐる文化的闘争の分析も重要課題であることを確認した。以上の理論的検討を進めつつ、北海道剣淵町における予備調査を実施し、「絵本の里」をキーワードとしたコミュニティストーリーの再編には、自分史や地域史の編纂という前史があることを確認した。総括研究会では、剣淵町の実践過程に即した分析モデルを集団的に構築する可能性を検討した。
