本研究では、広域都市化と、それに伴う人工空間の拡大により大きく変化しつつある人間居住環境においての、環境と人間の不調和の予徴について、健康指標に注目した調査により評価・診断し、この変化に対する対応方法を提起することを目的とした。今年度の成果は以下にまとめられる。(1)高層高密度集合住宅の高齢者の健康水準の追跡調査から、高層集合住宅居住が活動能力のうちの「社会的役割」の低下に寄与する可能性が示唆された。(2)超高層集合住宅のシェルター性能の評価と集合住宅居住者の住まい方の調査から、超高層集合住宅の住まい方に関するマニュアル等の作成と、居住者の指導や教育を行うことを提案した。(3)高層高密度居住空間における子どもの環境への適応支援のために、高層居住生活者向けの生活マニュアルの作成等を行うことを提案した。(4)通勤圏の拡大が健康に及ぼす影響に注目した調査から、広域都市圏を1つの生存圏と捉え、その内部での多様な地域特性を重視した都市行政・計画を行うことを提案した。(5)大規模人工空間における人間行動の特性について、人間行動の記録の解析により、社会的・文化的・生物的性質に依存した行動の選別結果を検討した結果、自然・人間・社会の全体的調和が必要であると考えられた。(6)アジアの発展途上国の伝統的な保健職能集団の役割に関する研究の結果、これらの集団が地域における健康水準の向上に積極的な役割を果たしており、保健行政上の位置付けと再検討が求められている状況を明らかにした。(7)健康指標と社会指標によって示される都市の諸特性の関連性の解析の結果、都市圏内の小地域ごとの衛生指標・健康増進活動指標・都市環境の諸指標等に基づいた健康都市マップを作成することを提案した。また都市住民の健康状態によって示される人間の適応諸相の把握は、都市環境の評価を行う上に必要とされる新たな諸指標を提起していると考えられた。

This study aims at the development of urbanization in the region, the development of artificial space, the characteristics of human living environment, the environmental disharmony, the investigation of health indicators, the evaluation, diagnosis, and transformation of artificial space. This year's results are as follows. (1)A follow-up survey on the health level of high-rise residents in high-rise and high-density residential buildings shows the possibility of lowering the mobility of high-rise residential buildings and the social service gap. (2)Evaluation of the performance of high-rise residential buildings, investigation of residential areas for residents of high-rise residential buildings, preparation of residential areas for residents, guidance and education for residents (3)High-rise high-density residential space, high-rise residential living environment, suitable support, high-rise living environment, such as the creation of proposals (4)A survey of the health and social impact of commuting in the metropolitan area and a proposal for urban administration and planning. (5)Large-scale artificial space, characteristics of human action, analysis of human action records, social, cultural, biological nature, dependence on action, selection results, natural, human, and social harmony are necessary. (6)The results of the study on the service of the health care function group in the development of the country, the positive service of the health care function group in the region, and the position of the health care administration are discussed again. (7)Health indicators, social indicators, indicators of urban characteristics, urban health indicators, urban environmental indicators, etc. The health status of urban residents should be evaluated according to the new indicators.
