项目摘要

1.糖尿病・耐糖能異常者を対象としたモバイルケアプログラムの効果に関する実証的研究:糖尿病および耐糖能異常の診断にて外来通院治療を行っている者を対象に実施した通信型健康管理モバイルケアプログラムの結果を分析した。プログラムの前後において、検査値(ヘモグロビンA1c)の低下、栄養摂取状況の改善、身体活動量の増加が認められた。対象者のプログラム受容は良好で、本プログラムは、外来治療と併用することで、糖尿病・耐糖能異常の疾病管理のための食事療法と運動療法に対して有効であることが確かめられた。2.生活習慣病有病者数等の推計:国民栄養調査、国民生活基礎調査、患者調査等の全国調査資料を用いて、わが国における生活習慣病(糖尿病・耐糖能異常、高血圧、高脂血症)の有病者および患者数、生活習慣(肥満者、喫煙者、運動不足)の要改善者数を推計した。結果・生活習慣病有病者は1620〜3110万人と見積もられ、有病者に比した未治療中の者の割合が特に高い若・中年層で高いことが示された。また、生活習慣病要改善者は2510〜4120万人と推計された。3.通信型健康管理プログラムに関するレビュー:現在実用化されている通信型健康管理プログラムについて、有効性、費用対効果、現在の利用状況等をレビューし、本研究で開発・実施したプログラムを含めて、その社会的普及の可能性と課題について検証した.また、通信型健康管理プログラムに関するシステマティックレビューにより、通信型健康管理プログラムの有効性と課題を考察した。4.研究総括:研究の総括として、通信型健康管理モバイルケアプログラムの実用化にあたっての複数の提供体制を提示し、実用化にあたっての課題および実用化のための諸条件を考察した。
