To investigate the curriculum structure about communication and medical interview in medical schools in Japan, the authors asked 80 medical schools to return the questionnaire about communication related educational programs and send syllabus of these. We got responses from 59 medical schools (collect rate: 74%). Using the ACESS as a database soft, we analyzed these responses.City University School of Medicine, Fujita Health University School of Medicine, Kagoshima University School of Medicine, and Hyogo College of Medicines We discussed on communication education with medical educators of theses schools.We also investigate on educational goals in undergraduate medial education in U.S.A., Canada and U.K. using Internet. There have been significant differences in educational goal between in North America, U.K. and in Japan ; for example, bad news telling and patient support. We compiled a repot from above results, and sent it to faculties of health science in Japan.

为了解日本医学院校的沟通与医学面试课程结构，对日本80所医学院校进行了问卷调查，并发送了相关课程的教学大纲。我们从59所医学院收到了回复（回收率：74%）。以ACESS为数据库，对这些回答进行了分析。城市大学医学部、藤田保健医疗大学医学部、鹿儿岛大学医学部、兵库医学大学医学部与这些学校的医学教育工作者就沟通教育进行了讨论。加拿大和英国使用互联网。北美、英国和美国的大学生在教育目标上存在显著差异。在日本也是如此，例如，坏消息的讲述和病人的支持。我们根据以上结果编写了一份报告，并将其发送给日本的健康科学学院。
