The aim of this study is to develop a support system for making high-quality teaching plans, and to construct a database for sharing and reusing teaching plans Since the support system operates based on MelaTep (Meta-language for Describing Teaching Plan Documents) grammmar, teaching plans drawn up by using the system have "Clarity" and ""Soundness". And they can also be recorded into a database easily, sharing/reuse of them can be achieved Therefore, the system should be able to help new teachers and student teachers to make high-quality teaching plans. Furthemore, since users can easily share and reuse teaching plans, the educational methods of teachers may be shared and disseminated by the developed database. 本研究的目的是开发一个制定高质量教案的支持系统，并建立一个共享和重用教案的数据库。由于该支持系统基于MelaTep（描述教案文件的元语言）语法，使用该系统制定的教案具有“清晰”和“健全”的特点。并且可以方便的录入到数据库中，实现共享/重用。因此，该系统应该能够帮助新教师和实习教师制定高质量的教案。此外，由于用户可以很容易地共享和重用教学计划，因此开发的数据库可以共享和传播教师的教学方法。本文介绍了支撑系统的设计与开发
