Major research results are:1 to publish a theoretical and practical teaching guide book for primary and secondary teachers attached with teaching materials, including teaching software (CD-ROM) in 2005. "JIKONINSHIKI toshite no Media Literacy".2 to promote continuous and devoting developmental researches on(i) teaching theories and strategies for moving images in the mother tongue(Japanese) teaching programme(ii)exploring in-service trainings and lecturing regarding teaching media literacy at both primary and secondary schools.(iii)analyzing children's responses towards still and moving images.3 to hold the International Symposium on Comparative Studies for Mother Tongue Education Exploring Media Education Programme for Japanese teaching, in Osaka, Dec.2004 by inviting two researchers from Germany and England, and also to provide workshops for local teachers and those interested in media literacy.

主要研究成果有：1 2005年出版了中小学教师的理论和实践教学指导书，附有教材，包括教学软件（CD-ROM）。“JIKONINSHIKI toshite no Media Literacy”。2 促进对（i）母语（日语）运动图像教学计划的教学理论和策略（ii）探索中小学媒体素养教学的在职培训和讲座的持续和深入的研究。 (iii) 分析儿童对静态和动态图像的反应。 3 2004 年 12 月在大阪举办母语教育比较研究国际研讨会，探讨日语教学中的媒体教育计划，邀请了来自德国和英国的两名研究人员，并为当地教师和对媒体素养感兴趣的人士提供讲习班。
