「改革・開放」後の経済発展がもたらした農村人口の広範な地域移動がどのような社会構造の変化の方向を示唆するのかについての分析の一端となることをめざして、本研究では、郷鎮企業での女性出稼ぎ労働者の生活構造と生活意識についての把握を目的としている。本年度は以下の作業を行った。1.女性出稼ぎ労働者調査の集計分析昨年度別途研究費により実施した、江蘇省の事例村の7つの企業で働く女性出稼ぎ労働者を対象とする調査票を用いた面接調査より得られたデータを、電算機集計用に処理し、集計分析を行った。一次的な分析から、出身地、年齢などの属性、労働時間、支出などの労働と生活、出稼ぎネットワーク、仕事への満足感、社会的距離感などの生活意識についての知見を得た。2.ききとり調査上記集計分析より導きだされた典型事例とみなせる女性出稼ぎ労働者に対して別途研究費を用いて実施したインテンシブ・インタビューの結果を、コンテスト・アナリシスの手法により分析した。3.資料集個人のトータルな生活を国家・社会関係のなかに位置づけて把握すべく、より総合的な分析をめざして、本年度の分析結果を、資料集として印刷した。
