The purpose of this study was to develop a patients who had body image changes and to examine factors affecting body image changes and QOL in postoperative patient. In order to investigate the actual situation of return to social normality, of patients recuperating at home, after surgery changed body image, and to examine the, reliability and validity of the scale.1.Resarch concerning return to social normality, of patients recuperating at home, after surgery changed body image. Use interview and receive data concerning patient recuperation at home, after surgery changed body image, A total of 10 patient. And, Use written inquiry and receive data concerning 32 patients recuperation at home, after surgery changed body image. And 108 nurses too did.2.Resarch concerning examine the reliability and validity of the QOL scale of after surgery changed body image.QOL scale of after surgery changed body image had a mental state, subjective symptoms, a reciprocal relationship and the will to live. The QOL scale of after surgery changed body image was provedreliable and sub factors of the scale possessed higher validity
