项目摘要

We have researched on the historical process of the pastoral system by the field work with Mongolian scholars.On the February 1999 we have been to the south-east part of Inner Mongolia, to research on the remains of the dynasty before Mongolian Era, and to collect the information about the living of the pastoral peoples. After the field work we have clearly understood that the equal contact of nomadic society and cultivate society made the cultural complex and has prepared the coming of Mongolian Era.On the August 2000 we have been to the north-east part of the Inner Mongolia to research on the hunting society. Their hunting culture has been broken by the contact with the cultivating society. Drastically the multi-cultural society has coming out of order.On the August 2001 we have been to the west part of the Inner Mongolia and far the southern part of this region, to research on the old Tibetan remains and to hear about the environmental problem from the pastoralists. We have got much information about the destruction of the natural environment caused by the cultivating society which has been invading into the nomadic society.There are clear differences between the pastoralists and the farmers on the accessibility to the natural environment.That means the environmental problem is the struggle for the rights of the minority groups.

通过与蒙古学者的田野考察，对牧区制度的历史进程进行了研究。1999年2月，我们前往内蒙古东南部，对蒙古时代以前的王朝遗迹进行了研究，并收集了有关游牧民族的生活资料。经过实地考察，我们清楚地认识到，游牧社会与农耕社会的平等接触，造就了文化情结，为蒙古时代的到来做了准备。2000年8月，我们到内蒙古东北部对狩猎社会进行了考察。他们的狩猎文化在与农耕社会的接触中被打破。多元文化社会急剧地失去秩序。关于农耕社会入侵游牧社会对自然环境造成的破坏，我们已经有了很多的了解。牧民与农民在自然环境可达性上存在明显差异。这意味着环境问题是为少数群体争取权利的斗争。
