研究目的は「看護師によるエコーでの経鼻胃管（以下チューブ）の確認方法を確立し、その効果を検証すること」により、安全で侵襲の少ない経鼻経管栄養の管理体制を明確にしていくことである。2022年度は、看護師によるエコーでのチューブの確認方法の確立に向け、①看護師によるエコー実施の前提条件の整理②エコーによるチューブ確認のトレーニング、③困難事例や留意点の明確化について計画した。①については、看護師によるエコー実施の前提条件の項目を挙げ、項目ごとの内容を整理し文章化に取り掛かっている段階である。②については、一般社団法人次世代看護教育研究所のエコーを用いた嚥下ケアコースに参加し、初級・中級コースを修了した。具体的な内容は、エコーの原理・種類・操作方法、エコーによる咽頭残留（喉頭蓋谷、梨状窩）の確認方法、経鼻胃管の確認方法で、eラーニング、実技講習、OSCEを取り入れた講習会であった。今後は事例を重ね、上級コースの修了を目指すとともに、メンバー間に伝達講習を実施する予定である。エコーによるチューブの確認技術を修得していく際に、エコーに精通した専門職からの助言や指導を継続的に受けられる体制を整えていく必要について検討した。③については、実施できていないため、今後、実習関連病院に依頼し、経鼻経管栄養を実施している患者さんに対してエコーによるチューブの位置確認を実施し、確認の困難な事例や留意点について明らかにしていく。
