Through the international research meetings held in Tokyo from September 18 through September 21,1988, several interesting aspects could be pointed out. For example,recent multi-nationalization of Japanese corporations mainly caused by the trade conflicts will unavoidably make japanese companies change their management strategy,so-called "Japanese type of management" based on Japanese unique work ethic, into more universal one. Secondly impacts of international labor migration into Japan are so great that "mono-natioal" image of Japanese society will be changed.

通过1988年9月18日至9月21日在东京举行的国际研究会议，可以指出几个有趣的方面。例如，最近主要由贸易冲突引起的日本企业跨国化，将不可避免地使日本企业的管理策略，即基于日本独特职业道德的所谓“日本式管理”，转变为更具普遍性的管理策略。第二，国际劳动力迁移对日本的冲击是巨大的，将改变日本社会的“单一民族”形象。
