Socio-Cultural Aspects of "Internationalization": An International Comparison

通过1988年9月18日至9月21日在东京举行的国际研究会议，可以指出几个有趣的方面。例如，以贸易冲突为主要原因的日本企业跨国化，必然会促使日本企业的经营战略，即基于日本独特的职业道德的所谓“日本式经营”，向更普遍的经营战略转变。第二，国际劳动力迁移对日本的冲击是巨大的，将改变日本社会的“单一民族”形象。

Through the international research meetings held in Tokyo from September 18 through September 21,1988, several interesting aspects could be pointed out. For example,recent multi-nationalization of Japanese corporations mainly caused by the trade conflicts will unavoidably make japanese companies change their management strategy,so-called "Japanese type of management" based on Japanese unique work ethic, into more universal one. Secondly impacts of international labor migration into Japan are so great that "mono-natioal" image of Japanese society will be changed.
