平成元年度の研究実施計画に基づき、東ドイツにおける学校外教育の成立・発展過程究明のための基礎的研究をすすめ、概ね当初の目的を達成した。1.学校外教育に関する法令については、(1)「統一的社会主義教育システムに関する法律」(1965)、(2)「若い世代の基本権」(1946)、(3)「東ドイツにおける発達した社会主義社会形成への青少年の参加並びに青少年に対する全面的な助成に関する法律」(第三次青年法-1974、及び第一次青年法-1950、第二次青年法-1964)などを収集した。2.学校外教育施設・青少年組織等の量的発展については、『東ドイツ統計年鑑』(1955-1981)により関係資料を収集した。3.学校外教育理論については、『東ドイツ教育科学アカデミ-年報』(1973-1984)、『教育史・学校史年報』(1961-1985)、雑誌「教育」(1946-1984)等により関係論文を収集した。4.児童組織『ピオニ-ル団〈エルンスト・テ-ルマン〉』の歴史年表の作成化及び関係文献目録の収集を図った。5.『ピオニ-ル団〈エルンスト・テ-ルマン〉』の機関紙「Pionier-leiter」の目録(1950-53,1969-71,1980-85)を収集した。6.以上の基礎的研究と関連してすすめた研究の成果については、次の通り発表をおこなった。(1)「ソ連占領地区ドイツの反ファシズム・民主主義的学校改革期における生徒自治問題と青少年組織」(日本教育学会第48回大会発表、1989年8月)(2)「東ドイツにおける第三次青年法と勤労青少年」(秋田大学教育学部研究紀要第41集,1990年3月)
