Study on Re-arrangement of Administrative Space of School Building

1.对4所不同计划型、不同学校组织形式的小学教师和场所的日常生活情况进行调查。揭示了行政空间规划中存在的问题。调查2所新建小学，既有由办公场所、教职工休息室、教学资料空间等组成的中心行政空间，又有靠近教室的教师站。对每个空间的功能和作用进行了评价。调查了三种类型的初中，即(1)只有中心教研室，(2)每个年级都有中心教师室和教师站，(3)每个学科都有中心教研室和实验室，发现了中心教研室和实验室存在的问题和效果。在此基础上，提出了校舍行政空间再布置的规划方法和对学校组织的必要考虑。

1. Survey the daily life of teachers and places of 4 primary schools, which are different of plan-type and school organization. Problems of planning of administrative spaces are revealed.2. Survey 2 newly-built primary schools, which have both central administrative space constituted of office space, staff lounge, instructional material space, etc, and teachers' station near classroom. Function and role of each space are evaluated.3. Survey 3 types of lower high schools, which are (1) with only central teachers' room, (2) with both central teachers' room and teachers' station for each grade, (3) with both central teachers' room and laboratory for each subject, Problems and effectiveness of station and laboratory are revealed.4. Depended on those results mentioned above, planning method for re-arranging of administrative spaces of school building and necessary consideration on school organization are proposed.
