A study in the planning - design process of public school building.

本研究的目的是澄清公立学校建筑方案设计过程中存在的问题，并提出该过程的设计体系。本研究的调查由两部分组成。1)对方案设计过程中参与主体的管理体制和组织结构进行了研究。2)通过实时调查跟踪方案设计过程。本研究的结果如下：1)方案设计过程受到基于习惯标准化设计流程的管理制度的制约。2)对方案设计过程的估计受过程时间长度的影响3)有效地利用组织信息进行讨论和决策。4)用户（教师）和设计师之间的情感和清晰的沟通部分是通过共同语言的分享来实现的。5)适当的分组规模，实现了参与者之间的自由讨论。6)这种图式过程的一些模式被分类，这种变化保证了公立学校建筑的多样性。

The prupose of this study is to clarify the problems of the schematic design process of public school building and to propose the design system for this process. The investigation of this study is consited of 2 parts. 1) The administration system and the organization structure of participants at the schematic design procss are investigated. 2)The schematic design process is traced by real time investigation.The result of this study is as follows;1) The schematic design process is restrained by the administration system which is based on the customary standardized design process.2)The estimation on the schematic design process is influenced by the process time length3)Organizing information is used effectively in discussion and decision making.4)The affective and clear communication among users(teachers) and designers is achieved partly by sharing with the common language.5)The adequate size of people grouping realizes the freely discussion among participants.6)Some patterns of this schematic process are categorized and this variation assures the diversity of public school building.
