Reseach for the "Vacation-Labor Law"

本研究有助于全面理解《休假法》，即年假、病假、探亲假、家庭护理假等，旨在保障休假的权利，使日本劳动者的职业生活与私人生活和谐平衡。本研究主要由两个主题组成：1)法国休假与各种休假的比较研究(第二章)；2)福冈县休假与休假实际情况的访谈研究(第三章)。劳动与休假并不是对立的概念，而是互惠的关系。这些都是延续长期雇佣合同不可或缺的因素。

This research contributes to the comprehensive understanding of the "Vacation Law", i.e.Annual holidays, Medical leave, Family leave, Family nursing Leave, etc. It aims to assure the righet of vacations, for the harmonious balance between the occupational life and the private life of Japanese workers.This research consiste of two main subjects :1) the comparative research of vacations and various kinds of leaves in France (Chapter two),and 2) the research by the interviews for the actual cobditions of vacatiions and leaves in Fukuoka prefecture (Chapter three).Labor and Vacation are not opposed concepts but are in the reciprocal relation. These are both indispensable factors for the continuation of the contract of a long term employment.
