项目摘要

1.今年度は1990年10月から調査を行っている女子短期大学で、学生の就職に関する調査を継続して行い、その最終的な分析を行った。そのさい学生の応募経路を学校推薦・学校求人・公募・直接および縁故の5つに分けた。その結果、(1)誰がどのような基準で採用を求めるかといった就職の中心部では、応募経路の如何によらず学校の関与は弱くおもに市場メカニズムが働いていること、(2)学校が雇用主の開拓や維持・学生に対する就職指導をどのように行うかといった就職の周辺部では、学校が就職に関与していておもに組織間の取り引きメカニズムが作用していること、(3)学校推薦応募の学生の能力は相対的に高いので、学校の就職への介入による非効率性といった市場モデルの懸念はあったていないこと、などが明らかになった。こうした知見の一般化をめざして今年度末に他の短大で調査を実施すべく現在準備中である。2.女子短大生の就職メカニズムを四年制文系大学生のそれと比較検討するために、他大学の研究者との研究会が主体となり、1994年1月に10の大学で質問紙調査を行った。私が分担した就職内定企業規模がどのようなメカニズムで決まるかに関してバス解析による分析を行った結果、男子学生については(1)父親が管理職で、大学の入学試験の偏差値が高く、はじめから大企業を希望し、就職活動中に多くのOBに会った学生ほど、より規模の大きな企業に内定していること、(2)なかでも大学偏差値と会ったOB数の効果がきわめて大きいことが計量的にはじめて明らかになったとともに、(3)大学と雇用主との間にはOBという目につきにくいがなかば制度的ななリンケージがあることなどもわかった。3.今後は就職の比較研究のために従来まったくなされていない理科系の学生を対象に調査を行い、研究をより深化させる計画である。

1. This year's survey was conducted in October 1990, and the final analysis was conducted. Results,(1) Who is the benchmark for the adoption of the central part of the employment, how to recruit the network, how to recruit the school, how to recruit the weak, how to recruit the market,(2) how to recruit the employer, how to maintain the student, how to recruit the peripheral part of the employment,(3) The ability of the school to recommend students is relatively high, and the involvement of the school in the job market is not effective. This is a generalization of what we know and what we're doing at the end of the year. 2. A comparative study of women's junior college students and researchers from other universities was conducted in January 1994. Private share of the job size of the company is determined by the analysis results, male students are determined by the analysis results,(2) University deviation value will be OB number of results,(3) University and employment between the main and intermediate OB,(4) University and employment between the main and intermediate OB,(5) University and employment system. 3. In the future, comparative studies will be conducted and projects will be deepened for science students.
