Cyclodextrin having molecular recognition function based on bioaffinity were introduced into reverse micelles, and selective extraction of glucoamylase from alpha-amylase was succeeded.Molecular imprint method has been applied to introduce amino-acid like structure into synthetic membrane and the membrane having recognition ability for optical isomers could be developed. Inorganic ion exchange membranes which recognized Li ion were prepared and the membranes selectively transpoeted Li ion.Using cDNA cloning technique, structure and selective transport property of peptide and organic ion transporters were made clear. Thermosensitive gating function could be introduced into polymeric membrane and on-off operation of water permeation and selective transport and concentration of surfactant were succeeded.Functional molecules which can transform external information and energy to internal change of electron state and structure were introduced into conductive polymer matrix, and information and energy conversion membranes could be synthesized.
将具有生物亲和性的分子识别功能的环糊精引入到反胶束中,成功地从α-淀粉酶中选择性提取了糖化酶,并利用分子印迹技术将类氨基酸结构引入到合成膜中,从而研制出对光学异构体具有识别能力的膜。制备了识别锂离子的无机离子交换膜,并对锂离子进行了选择性转运,利用cDNA克隆技术,明确了肽类和有机离子转运蛋白的结构和选择性转运特性。在高分子膜中引入温敏门控功能,实现水的渗透和表面活性剂的选择性传输与浓缩的开关操作,将能将外部信息和能量转化为内部电子状态和结构变化的功能分子引入导电高分子基体中,合成信息和能量转换膜。
