As for this study, firstly I had an insight in "Chuyuki" (***) which is the diary of Fujiwara-no-Munetada (****). And then I focused on the first half of the 11th century when "Insei" (**)(administration of an emperor after his abdication) was established, and paid attention to that the lower-level officials aggressively supported the society of Insei, so I took notice of people in that class. As the lower-level officials lived in the current of "a moneyed man is clever" or "honesty is a loser" , they could not help doing like burglary, incendiarism, fraud, or bribery, I comprehended that this dissatisfaction was the great driving force to realize the Insei. And it was necessary to see into the lives of the upper-level officials who supported the social structure. Therefore, I inquired into the live of Minamoto-no-Toshikata (***) who positively supported the reign of Fujiwara-no-Michinage (****), great political power in the latter term of "Sekkan-jidai"(****)(the age of the government of the Sessho and Kanpaku). And as the period before Insei I surveyed the background described in "Okagami"(**).On these points of view, the way of my own to grasp the term of Insei was cleared.

关于本研究，首先，我在藤原宗忠的日记《中之》（***）中有所领悟。然后我把注意力集中在世纪上半叶，当时“Insei”（**）（天皇退位后的管理）成立，并注意到下层官员积极支持Insei社会，所以我注意到了那个阶层的人。当下层官员生活在“有钱人聪明”或“诚实是失败者”的潮流中时，他们会情不自禁地去做盗窃，纵火，欺诈或贿赂，我理解这种不满是实现Insei的巨大动力。而且有必要了解支持社会结构的上层官员的生活。因此，我调查了积极支持藤原之道（*）统治的水本俊方（*）的生活，藤原之道是“Sekkan-jidai”（*）后期（Sessho和Kanpaku政府的时代）的伟大政治力量。作为Insei之前的时期，我调查了“Okagami”（**）中描述的背景。在这些观点上，我自己掌握Insei术语的方式被清除了。
