1.首里方言の動詞活用形の詳細な研究インフォーマントを直接調査することができ、従来の研究の裏付けを取ることができた。加えて、従来の研究では不明・曖昧であった点も明確になった。特に、音声的な面では詳細な記述が可能になった。琉球諸方言の動詞活用形のデータベースの作成と公開過去の文献等からデータ収集を行い、それらを全てデータベース化した。特に、奄美方言に関しては、成果報告書の形で公開する。他の琉球方言に関しても、データベース化を進めており、順次公開の予定である。これらの公開については、書籍形式だけでなく、フロッピ-ディスク形式でも行う。3.新しい対照方言学の方法論の確立方法論については、現在までの拙論等で仮説として提出してきたが、今回はこれを更に厳密化し、首里・奥武・平良方言に適用した。この成果については、既に論文形式にしており、今後公開の予定である。また、今回作成したデータベースを利用して、順次方法論の適用範囲を広げていく。
