Immunohistological study on infiltration of periodontopathic bacterial lipopolysaccharide into gingiva and lesional lymph node.

将伴放线放线杆菌（A.a）Y4和牙龈卟啉单胞菌（P.g）381的脂多糖滴入大鼠龈沟内。对下颌骨进行组织病理学检查。两个LPS组的炎症结果逐渐增加。而A. a LPS诱导的牙周组织炎症和变性更强。A. a LPS组大鼠牙周组织附着丧失和网栓延长明显高于P.g LPS组，提示A. a LPS对牙周组织的破坏作用更强。

Lipopolysaccharide from Actinobaci11us actinomycetemcomitans (A.a) Y4 and Porphyromonas gingivalis (P.g) 381 was dropped into the gingival sulcus of rat. The mandibles were examined histopathologically. Inflammatory findings gradually increased in both LPS groups. However, A.a LPS induced stronger inflammation and degeneration of periodontal tissue. Loss of connective tissue attachment and elongation of rete peg were significantly higher in rats administrated with A.a LPS compared to those administrated with P.g LPS.These findings suggest a stronger effect of A.a LPS on periodontal tissue destruction.
