With Mr. Herry Runkulatile as an informant, research was done mainly on Haya. Haya is a Bantu language spoken in the northwestern corner of Tanzania, facing Rwanda to the west and and Lake Victoria to the east. It is spoken about 1,2000,000 people.All aspects of the language is investingated, but tone was the main area of research. Haya can be characterized as language in transition from atone language to an accent language. In isolation, for example, nouns have only one high-toned mora (or syllable in case of a diphthong), which is a characteristic trait of assent lan-guages such as Japanese.As a result of research, a vocabulary with ample examples of tonal alternations is complied.

在Herry Runkulatile先生作为线人的情况下，主要对Haya进行了研究。Haya是坦桑尼亚西北角的一种班图语，西临卢旺达，东临维多利亚湖。大约有1，200，000人在说这种语言。语言的各个方面都被调查过，但音调是主要的研究领域。哈亚语可以被描述为从赎罪语言向口音语言过渡的语言。例如，孤立地说，名词只有一个高声调的莫拉（或双元音情况下的音节），这是同意语言（如日语）的特征。
