The study on the stereoscopic construct of teeth and oral soft tissue with normal and abnormal by using three-dimensional image analysis.

近年来，随着计算机技术的发展，立体构造方法的研究已成为人们关注的焦点。特别是最近，医学诊断已经被经常使用。本研究的目的是提供一个三维图像分析系统和口腔病理连续切片的性能的概述，在这份报告中，我解释了我的三维图像分析系统的结构和体绘制的性能。用切片机切割水平6 μ m连续切片，并用苏木精-伊红染色。每个连续切片从光学显微镜输入计算机。并通过计算机计算得到三维图像，这些数据将为今后的研究和开发提供有用的线索。

Recently the study of stereoscopic construct method have developed with computer its achievements have become a center of attraction. Especially, the diagnoses of medical have been used very often lately. The present study aims at providing a general survey of three-dimensional image analysis system and performance of serial section of oral pathology.In this report, I am explain the structure of my three-dimensional image analysis system and performance of volume rendering. Horizontal 6mum serial sections were cut with a microtome and stained with hematoxylin-eosin. Each serial sections were inputted to computer from optical microscope. And then three-dimensional images were calculated by computer.These data will provide useful clues for future research and development.
