Recently the study of stereoscopic construct method have developed with computer its achievements have become a center of attraction. Especially, the diagnoses of medical have been used very often lately. The present study aims at providing a general survey of three-dimensional image analysis system and performance of serial section of oral pathology.In this report, I am explain the structure of my three-dimensional image analysis system and performance of volume rendering. Horizontal 6mum serial sections were cut with a microtome and stained with hematoxylin-eosin. Each serial sections were inputted to computer from optical microscope. And then three-dimensional images were calculated by computer.These data will provide useful clues for future research and development.
近年来,随着计算机对立体构造法的研究不断深入,其研究成果已成为研究的热点。尤其是最近,医学上的诊断方法被频繁地使用。本研究旨在提供口腔病理连续切片的三维图像分析系统和性能的概述。在这份报告中,我解释了我的三维图像分析系统的结构和体绘制的性能。水平6um连续切片用切片机切开,苏木精-伊红染色。每一系列切片由光学显微镜输入计算机。然后用计算机对三维图像进行计算,这些数据将为未来的研究和开发提供有用的线索。
