A study of the roles and meanings of NPO and volunteers in the near future

我们从不同的角度对非营利组织和志愿者的民事活动进行了研究。在理论上，我们从政治学、法学、公共经济学、管理学和教育学等方面进行了交流，探讨了一些分析民事活动的新模式。（如福利社会与非营利组织，非营利组织的管理）在实证研究方面，我们主要关注的是那些实际从事非营利组织工作的人。我们主要邀请了来自北海道的人，给他们机会报道他们的活动。我们发现，在北海道已经有很多各种各样的民间活动，其中很多都面临着资金和人才短缺的问题。

We made researches about civil activities of NPO and volunteers from various points of view.Theoretically we exchanged our points of view from political science, jurisprudence, public economy, management and pedagogy, and discussed about some new models to analyze civil activities. (I.g, Welfare society and NPO, Management of NPO)As to empirical studies, our main concerns ware in those who actually worked in NPO. We invited people mainly from Hokkaido and gave them chances is report about their activities.We found these were already and even in Hokkaido many and various kinds of civil activities and many of them suffered from shortages of both funds and talented persons.
