A study of the roles and meanings of NPO and volunteers in the near future

我们从不同的角度对非营利组织和志愿者的民事活动进行了研究，从政治学、法学、公共经济学、管理学、教育学等多个角度进行了理论上的交流，探讨了一些新的分析民事活动的模式。(I.G，福利社会和NPO，NPO管理)至于实证研究，我们主要关注那些实际在NPO工作的人。我们邀请了主要来自北海道的人，并给他们机会报道他们的活动。我们发现，这些活动已经在北海道举行，甚至是在北海道，各种各样的民间活动，其中许多都面临资金和人才短缺的问题。

We made researches about civil activities of NPO and volunteers from various points of view.Theoretically we exchanged our points of view from political science, jurisprudence, public economy, management and pedagogy, and discussed about some new models to analyze civil activities. (I.g, Welfare society and NPO, Management of NPO)As to empirical studies, our main concerns ware in those who actually worked in NPO. We invited people mainly from Hokkaido and gave them chances is report about their activities.We found these were already and even in Hokkaido many and various kinds of civil activities and many of them suffered from shortages of both funds and talented persons.
