The author investigated 796 students who were admitted to Tsugeno High School. Out of students, 73% of them refused to go to school in the past. Factors that show significant relation between the school refusals are familial problems, bullying at school, family violence and trouble with teachers. Those who had trouble at school in earlier showed refused to go to school in significantly earlier. Students with poor academic skills also quitted to go to school significantly earlier. Students with mild developmental disorders are 15% of hall students. But they show significantly more rate of delinquency and poor academic skills. Researches for students who need counseling show the presence of hypersensitivity to interpersonal relationships and obsession become risk factors of longtime withdraw. In Tsugeno High-School, 20% of students need psychiatric help. Psychiatric diagnosis and cares are needed for recovery for a part of school refusal students.
