Joining and anchoring mechanism of ordinary PC tendons as well as FRP tendons by using Highly Expansive Material( HEM) were investigated experimentally and analytically. CFRP strand (φ12.5), PC steel strand (φ12.7) and PC steel bar (φ13) were examined as PC tendons. Main results of this research are summarized below.l. From the pull-out tests, it was found that the sleeve length of 30 cm and the amount of the expansive pressure more than 50 Mpa is satisfactory to hold firmly various PC tendons and HEM anchorage is also useful for practical applications.2. The mechanism which the softening zone of HEM in layer progresses gradually from loaded end to the free end according to the increment of the load, is almost the same regardless of the kinds of PC tendons.3. HEM thin layer considered as shear transfer layer is modified as shear spring. The characteristics of the shear spring depends on the amount of expansive pressure and the bond characteristics between PC tendons and HEM.4. The analytical results calculated by the FEM model, in which the shear spring considered the softening is used, were simulated well with the experimental results.5. From the long-term tensioning tests, the loss of prestressing is negligibly small in practice because the loss of prestressing becomes within 1.5% when the length of CFRP tendon is 10 m.
对普通PC筋和高膨胀材料FRP筋的连接锚固机理进行了试验研究和理论分析。采用CFRP钢绞线(φ12.5)、PC钢绞线(φ12.7)和PC钢筋(φ13)作为预应力筋。本研究的主要结果总结如下。拉拔试验表明,套管长度为30 cm,膨胀压力大于50 Mpa的HEM锚具能够满足各种预应力筋的锚固要求,具有较好的实用价值.层内高强混凝土的软化区随荷载的增加从加载端逐渐向自由端扩展的机理,与预应力筋的种类基本相同.将HEM薄层视为剪切传递层,修正为剪切弹簧.剪切弹簧的特性取决于膨胀压力的大小和PC筋与HEM之间的粘结特性。采用剪切弹簧考虑软化的有限元模型计算的分析结果与试验结果吻合较好.从长期张拉试验来看,预应力损失在实践中可以忽略不计,因为当CFRP筋长度为10 m时,预应力损失在1.5%以内。
