英文摘要
Cytogenetic analysis showed no deletions of chromosome arm 1p in 70 patients with chronic myelocytic luekemia. Deletional mapping of 1p revealed that common region of loss of heterozygosity is proximal to D1S508 and distal to D1S507. RT-PCR analysis of the p73 gene was performed in 35 samples of CML. Expression of the gene was detected in most of the samples and gel electrophoresis showed no apparent abnormality of the cDNA products.
