本研究は、制度分析とマクロ動態分析とを架橋し総合する観点から現代日本経済の産業構造の動態と雇用システムの進化を分析したものであり、研究実績は以下のとおりである。1.1970年代以降の日本経済の産業動態を把握するために、「産業連関表」を用いて分析を進め、そのうえで各部門の労働生産性、雇用、賃金の変化などを検討した。1980年代の輸出財製造業部門の突出した成長を確認し、さらに1990年代における産業構造の転換、特に低生産性部門から高生産性部門への産業構造のシフトの傾向とそれに対する制度的障壁の存在を確認した。2.各部門のおける内部労働市場の発展の度合いを確認し、特に製造業において長期雇用慣行による「労働保蔵」や緩慢な雇用調整と緩衝装置としての非正規労働者による柔軟な雇用調整との補完関係を分析した。そのうえで、それが産業間労働移動に対して持つ影響を労働者の熟練の性格や熟練のレベルをふまえて検討した。3.産業動態を、よりミクロ的な観点から産業内における諸企業の進化過程を通して把握し、そのうえで産業内における企業の開業・廃業に伴う雇用の創出と喪失の動態的過程を分析した。1990年代の日本経済における企業の開業率の低さと中小企業の雇用創出能力の低下を問題点として検討した。今後は、以上の研究をふまえ、産業と雇用との循環的変化と構造的変化とを区別しつつ、産業と企業の進化モデルと雇用の創出・喪失モデルとを制度分析の観点から統合し実証分析を進めることが予定されている。

This study focuses on institutional analysis, dynamic analysis, bridging, and analysis of the dynamics of industrial structure and employment in modern Japan. 1.1970 To grasp the industrial trends of the Japanese economy in the past decade, the "Industrial Relations Table" will be used to analyze the progress, and the labor productivity, employment, and financing of each department will be discussed. The development of the internal labor market in each department is confirmed, and the compensation relationship between the long-term employment practice in the manufacturing industry and the slow employment adjustment in the buffer device and the irregular employment is analyzed. Industry dynamics: The evolution of enterprises in the industry is analyzed through the process of opening, opening, employment, creation and loss of enterprises in the industry. The problem of low business start-up rate and low employability of small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan in the 1990s was discussed. In the future, the above research will focus on the transformation of industry and employment cycle, the transformation of structure, the differentiation of industry and enterprise evolution, the creation of employment, the loss of employment, the point of institutional analysis, the integration of evidence analysis, the advancement of industry and employment cycle.
