项目摘要
We researched the design quality and use of common spaces like corridor and Gangi in some apartment houses. Main features are as follows.(1)People who live in public apartment houses in Hokkaido and Aomori, are using Gangi very often for their walking, children's playing, chatting and so on. Therefore Gangi is very useful for their winter life.(2)But there are many problems(being cold and dark, snow blowing, slippery floor, etc) regarding the present Gangi. So we should improve it as soon as possibly.(3)Two points as openness and anytime warming are important for the design of people's cdmmunity house. People should be able to use the house anytime and without reserve.(4)The apartment house corridors have special meaning to the northern people's life. Corridors are not only passage but also private living and neighborhood community space. We have an idea that the corridor will be served as the indoor intermediate space receiving both private and public activities.(5)We have to improve the present common spaces like Gangi, corridors, etc. We should create new common spaces for the active and attractive apartment life of northern people. The new planning theory of apartment house should be organized in snowy and cold regions.
我们对部分住宅中走廊、甘吉等公共空间的设计质量和使用情况进行了调查。主要特点如下。(1)居住在北海道和青森的公共公寓里的人们,经常使用甘吉散步,孩子们玩耍,聊天等。因此,甘吉对他们的冬季生活非常有用。(2)但是,关于现在的甘吉,有很多问题(寒冷和黑暗,下雪,地板湿滑等)。因此,我们应该尽快改善它。(3)开放性和随时保暖是人们居住住宅设计的两个重点。人们应该能够随时使用房子,没有保留。(4)住宅走廊对北方人的生活有着特殊的意义。走廊不仅是通道,也是私人生活和邻里社区空间。我们的想法是,走廊将作为室内的中间空间,接受私人和公共活动。(5)We我们必须改善现有的公共空间,如甘吉、走廊等。我们应该为北方人积极而有吸引力的公寓生活创造新的公共空间。冰雪寒冷地区应组织新的公寓住宅规划理论。
