本研究では機能的設計知識の中で,機能を達成する部分機能系列を表す「機能達成方式知識」を主な研究対象として,機能的設計知識の規約を明らかにし,設計知識共有を支援する計算機システム(設計知識サーバ)を実現することを目標とした.昨年度までの研究で前者の目標は概ね達成され,今年度では後者の目標を中心に行った.設計知識サーバはオントロジーが定める規約に則って記述された一般的設計知識をさまざまな視点に適合するように再組織化して表示する機能を持ち,協調設計において各設計者の視点はそれぞれ異なっている(例:生産容易性とリサイクル性)ため,その違いを吸収する役割を果たすことを目指した.本研究では設計者の視点を達成方式の評価基準として捉え,達成方式の特定の属性への注目として表現した.そのための最も重要な研究項目として,達成方式の属性の列挙と分類を行った.機能達成の効率,精度,副産物といった一般的な属性を,大きく性能属性・産出物属性・制約属性の3つに分類し,さらに詳細な属性としてプロセス効率や制御精密性,制御均一性などを同定した.設計知識サーバはJavaベースのPrologであるMinervaで実装された.これらの研究成果は民間企業において実用されており,特許申請に要する時間が1/3になるなど,設計者間の知識共有を促進する効果が確認されている.また,本年度,英文論文誌に2編の原著論文を発表した.

This study aims to clarify the design knowledge of functions and to provide support for the sharing of design knowledge. Yesterday's goal was achieved, but this year's goal is centered. Design knowledge is described in terms of general design knowledge, viewpoint adaptation, reorganization, presentation, function maintenance, coordination, design, viewpoint variation among designers (e.g., ease of production, flexibility), and results. This study focuses on the evaluation criteria and performance of designer's viewpoint and achievement mode. The most important research project is to classify the attributes of the way to achieve it. Function achievement efficiency, precision, by-product and general attributes, large performance attributes, output attributes, constraint attributes 3 categories, detailed attributes, efficiency, control precision, control uniformity and consistency. Design Knowledge Java Prolog Minerva The results of this research are used by private enterprises, the time required for license application is 1/3, and the results of knowledge sharing among designers are confirmed. This year, the English Journal of 2 original papers published.
