過疎地域における高齢者福祉施設の整備システムに関する研究

项目摘要

1.研究の背景と目的過疎地域(農村・山村・魚村・離島など)では、都市地域と比べ比較的に高齢化率が高く、高齢者は、介護者の不在・住宅状況の悪化・身体機能の低下の中で厳しい居住問題に直面している場合が多い。本研究は、この様な問題により充実的に対応できる「福祉施設整備システム」開発のために行われたものである。2.これまでの研究経過と成果1)国内研究調査平成14年4月から、関連資料(書籍・論文・報告書など)の収集及び研究計画の検討を行い、同年6月から10月まで、研究対象地域である大分県の過疎地域状況と福祉施設の整備状況に関する全般的な調査を実施した。また、同年11月から12月には、過疎地域高齢者福祉サービス提供の拠点とも言える「生活支援ハウス」(21ヶ所)に重点を当てて、施設概要(立地・建築・設備・管理・運営など)、現在の入居者状況、開設からの退居者状況、そして既存調査(6年前)対象入居者に対する追跡調査を行った。更に、平成16年3月には、これまでの調査結果を全般的に整理・分析、その結果を踏まえた上、研究のポイントとなる生活支援ハウスに対し、より綿密な補足調査を実施した2)国外研究調査平成14年12月に、過疎地域の高齢者居住状況が大分県と類似している「韓国南西部の順天市(スンチョンシ)」を訪問、地元の光州大学との連携で、同市に隣接する農村地域の高齢者居住状況に関する基礎調査を行った。なお、平成15年9月には、韓国南東部の密陽市(ミリャンシ)を訪問、地元の密陽大学との連携で、周辺農村地域の高齢者居住状況に関する基礎調査を行った。3)研究結果発表まず、平成15年3月「日本建築学会九州支部研究報告会」、同年9月「日本建築学会学術梗概集(全国大会)」にてこれまでの研究結果を発表した。それから、平成16年1月から4月の間「大韓建築学会計画系論文集」に3篇を投稿、現在審査が進行中である。3.これからの研究計画今後、特別研究員の職責に引き続き、大分大学の客員研究員として残り、これまで得られた研究結果を総合的にまとめ、過疎地域に相応しい高齢者福祉施設の整備体系(システム)を見出していくための考察を深めていく予定である。また、最終的に得られた結果については、日本建築学会計画系論文集に投稿すると同時に、一方、韓国の事例を含めたものについては、大韓建築学会計画系論文集に投稿する計画である。

1. Background and purpose of the study: Compared with urban areas, urban areas have higher rates of urbanization, higher rates of urbanization, absence of caregivers, deterioration of housing conditions, lower body functions, and housing problems. This study aims to solve the problem of "well-being facilities system" development. 2. Results of this research 1) Domestic research survey April 2014 Collection of related data (books, papers, reports) and review of research plans June 2014 October 2014 Comprehensive survey on research target areas, regional conditions, and facilities. In November and December of the same year, we conducted a follow-up survey on the key points of "Life Support Services"(21 offices), the outline of facilities (site, building, equipment, management, operation), the current situation of residents, the situation of those who have retired from the establishment, and the existing survey (6 years ago). In addition, March 2016, the survey results were comprehensively organized, analyzed, and the results were reviewed. 2) Foreign research survey December 2014, the residential conditions of high-income people in the transit area were largely similar. Interview with "Suncheon City in South and West Korea" Basic survey on residential conditions of high-income people in rural areas adjacent to Gwangju University In September 2015, a basic survey was conducted on the residential status of high-income people in rural areas of South Korea, South Korea, and South Korea. 3)The results of the research were presented in March 2015 at the Kyushu Branch Research Conference of the Architectural Society of Japan and September 2015 at the Academic Synopsis of the Architectural Society of Japan (National Conference). 3 articles submitted to "Proceedings of Planning Department of Korean Architectural Society" from January to April, 2016, and currently under review. 3. The future of this research project, the responsibilities of the special researchers, the research results of the guest researchers of Oita University, and the preparation system for the well-being of the high-ranking people in the region. The final result of the project was submitted to the Japanese Architectural Society Project Thesis Collection. The project was submitted to the Korean Architectural Society Project Thesis Collection.
