本研究は,筆者らの提案した首都圏鉄道計画支援システムの具体的な適用例として,アクセシビリティ指標と効用値を用いたメッシュ評価の分析を行うものである.平成13年度の成果を踏まえ,平成14年度には(1)効用値の計測(2)シミュレーション分析を行っている.(1)効用値の計測を平成14年度の前半に行っている.首都圏鉄道計画支援システムの鉄道駅選択モデルおよび端末交通手段選択モデルを再構築し,その推計結果を用い,平成13年度に作成したサービスレベルを代入することによって,アクセシビリティ指標と同様に100mメッシュ単位で算出,表示を行った.本研究では,整備鉄道駅周辺の地域計画に直接反映できるように,鉄道新線整備に伴う,アクセス道路網整備,バス路線網,駐輪場整備等の影響を計測することに着目しているため,バス停の位置,駐輪可能台数等のデータもここでは入力している.(2)シミュレーション分析を平成14年度の前半に行っている.本研究でのシミュレーション分析は,常磐新線開業に伴う,バスネットワークの再編の鉄道利用者に与える影響を分析したものである.なお,平成14年度には,昨年度の成果および本年度の成果を論文にまとめ学会等に発表している.これらの2年間の分析を通して,首都圏鉄道計画支援システムの有用性を示し,今後行われる鉄道新線プロジェクトに伴う地域計画の方向性を示唆している.

This study is aimed at the analysis of the application examples of the Capital Railway Project Support System and the evaluation of its application indicators. In 2013, the results of Heisei 13 were reviewed, and in 2014, the results of Heisei 14 were reviewed. (1)In the first half of 2014, the company began to invest in the first half of the year. Capital Railway Planning Support System Railway Station Selection System and Terminal Transportation System Selection System Reconstructed, and the calculation results were used. In 2013, the railway station selection system was established and substituted into the railway station selection system. The railway station selection system index and the terminal transportation system selection system 100m were calculated and expressed. This study is aimed at measuring the influence of regional planning for railway station maintenance, road network maintenance, route network maintenance, parking lot maintenance, etc. on railway new line maintenance. (2)The first half of 2014 was completed. This study analyzes the impact of the new line opening on railway users. The achievements of the previous year and the achievements of the current year are presented in the paper. This paper analyzes the usefulness of railway planning support system in the capital city and the directionality of railway planning in the future.
