项目摘要

This study used macro-data of population census, micro-data of questionnaire investigation, and several interview records to analyze the situation, mechanism of inter-regional migration, the basic structure of labor market in the reform China. This report consists of two parts.In the first part, we used the macro-data of China's Population Census to analyze the scale, floating direction and its change of migrants, and the relation between movement and economic development. Then, we clarified the trend of migration, the correlation between movement rate and many other factors. In addition, we analyzed the determination of inter-provincial migration with an econometric method. Lastly, we used the Roger's model to analyze China's migration schedule, clarified the reality, characteristics and its factors.The latter part is a report about employment, wage, and life of migrant workers in Shanghai. Under cooperating with Shanghai Academy of social science, we conducted a questionnaire investigation for 1500 migrants working in Shanghai, 1505 Shanghai citizens on employment. At the same time, we carried out a visit investigation for migrant workers, enterprises, and administration. The simple tabulation of questionnaire investigation and some of interview records are gathered up in this report.

本研究运用人口普查的宏观数据、问卷调查的微观数据和访谈记录，对改革中国区际人口迁移的现状、机制、劳动力市场的基本结构进行了分析。本报告共分两部分，第一部分利用中国人口普查的宏观数据，分析了流动人口的规模、流动方向及其变化，以及流动与经济发展的关系。阐明了迁移的趋势、迁移速率与诸多因素的相关性。此外，本文还运用计量经济学方法对省际人口迁移的决定进行了分析。最后，本文运用罗杰模型对中国农民工的流动时间进行了分析，阐明了中国农民工流动的现实、特征及其影响因素。后一部分是关于上海农民工就业、工资、生活的报告。本文与上海社会科学院合作，对1500名在沪务工的外来人口和1505名在沪就业的上海市民进行了问卷调查。同时，我们对农民工、企业、行政部门进行了走访调查。本报告汇总了问卷调查的简单表格和部分访谈记录。
