Economic Construction in Northeast China in 1950s

1.首先，梳理了中国东北内战的复杂过程。其次，考察了20世纪40年代末和50年代初钢铁工业的重建情况。再次，回顾了界定了发展和重建进程的20世纪30年代和50年代的国际环境，并解释了20世纪30年代和50年代的区别。最后，通过对统计数据的分析，对东北地区工业发展的各个方面进行了概述。对东北地区工业发展进行了以下几个方面的验证；(1)东北工业在全国一直占有重要地位。(2)行业价值生产呈长期扩张趋势，但每年的增长比例呈大幅上升和下降趋势。③20世纪50年代和60年代上半叶，东北地区重工业生产的扩张尤为突出，这与东北地区工业占全国的比重不断上升有关。(4) 20世纪60年代后半期大幅下降，甚至整个行业的比例在70年代也有所下降。1958 ~ 1959年东北地区工业发展迅速，1961 ~ 1962年急剧下降。这种反差在黑龙江省表现得最为明显。这几年，吉林省的轻工业和重工业都有发展，而辽宁和黑龙江只有轻工业有发展。第三个五年计划中，黑龙江省重工业发展最快的时期是1964- 1969年，也是1967-68年下滑最小的时期。这些特征第一次在统计上得到证实。

1.Firstly, the complicated process of the Chinese Civil War in the northeast China was sorted out. Secondly, the reconstruction of the iron and steal industry in late 1940s and early 1950s was examined. Thirdly, the international environments of 1930s and 1950s, which defined the process of development and reconstruction, were reviewed, and the difference between the 1930s and the 1950s was explained. Finally, as an ad quem, aspects of industrial development in northeast China were overviewed through an analysis of the statistical data.2.Aspects of the industrial development in northeast China verified were as follows; (1) Northeast China' s industry always occupied a major position in China. (2) Value production of the industry shows a long-term expansion, but the increase ratio of each year went up and down drastically. (3) Expansion of the heavy industry production was outstanding in 1950s and the first half of 1960s, linked to the growing constituent ratio of the industry of northeast China to the whole nation. (4) It grossly declined, however, in the second half of 1960s, and even the ratio of the whole industry went downward in 1970s. (5) Among the industrial development of three provinces in northeast China, some differences were found in the period of the Great Leap Forward and the Great Cultural Revolution. The industry in northeast China rapidly developed in 1958-59, but dropped sharply in 1961-62. This contrast can be seen the most clearly in Heilongjiang province. During those years, both the light industry and the heavy industry grew in Jilin province, but only the light industry in Liaoning province and Heilongjiang province. During 1964-69, in the third five-year plan, the heavy industry expanded the most in Heilongjiang province and the fall-down of 1967-68 was the least there. These characteristics are for the first time verified statistically.
