統計モデルの大域的な情報幾何学的構造に基づいて予測分布を構成するという方針に基づいて理論的研究をおこない,いくつかの結果を得た.具体的には,統計モデルの多様体が,大域的な幾何学的性質に関するある条件をみたす場合には,ジェフリーズ事前分布を利用した予測を優越する予測分布が構成できることを示した.特に,予測に関する有限サンプルに基づく厳密な理論をいくつかのクラスのモデルに対して構築した.また,独立同一分布のモデルを利用した予測に関する有限サンプルに基づく厳密な理論を研究するとともに,定常ARMAモデルなどの簡単な時系列モデルに関する漸近理論による結果を拡張した.また,複雑度の大きいモデルに対して,理論研究に基づいた結果を適用するための実用的な数値的手法の開発研究を行った.

The structure of statistical information geometry in large domains, the structure of prediction distribution, the study of basic theory of policy, and the results obtained In particular, the statistical properties of a large number of objects are related to the condition of a prior distribution. In particular, the prediction is based on the theory of finite element theory. The results of the asymptotic theory of the steady state ARMA model are presented. The results of theoretical research are applicable to practical numerical methods and development research is carried out.
