项目摘要

本年度の研究実績としては、(1)主観的キャリアマトリクスを用いた統計分析、(2)大学生のベンチャー企業志向と大企業志向の実証分析の2つがあげられる。(1)主観的キャリアマトリクスを用いた統計分析昨年度までに、キャリア・ドリフトとキャリア・ミストの概念を用いた主観的キャリアマトリクスのフレームワークを構築し、質問表分析のための質問項目の作成を行った。今年度は、大卒ホワイトカラー113名のデータを用いて、このフレームワークの検証と更なる統計分析を行った。主な成果としては、主観的キャリアマトリクスの妥当性の検証と主観的キャリアマトリクス上に配置される4っの類型のそれぞれの特徴が示されたことである。前者に関しては、キャリア・ドリフトとミストのそれぞれの尺度に対して因子分析と信頼性の分析を行い、キャリア・ミストが内容に関する不透明性とプロセスに関する不透明性の因子が抽出されたが、それ以外の尺度はアプリオリに想定したとおりであり、妥当性が検証された。また、マトリクス上に被験者が一様に分布したことからもフレームワークの妥当性が示された。後者に関しては、組織コミットメント、勤続年数、離職の意思、といった変数のマトリクス上の4類型の特徴の分析を行った。これらの成果に関しては2003年11月に行われた日本経営行動科学学会で発表を行った。また来年8月にアメリカ経営学会で発表予定である。(2)大学生のベンチャー企業志向と大企業志向の実証分析昨年度までに調査を終えていた大学生の企業志向に関する実証分析を論文としてまとめ、『経営と情報』第17巻1号に投稿し、掲載された。
