本年度は、前年度の中国東部地域(江蘇省)と西部地域(四川省)の現地調査を受けて、中部地域(湖南省)と東北部地域(吉林省)において実態調査を行った。本調査は無事に終了し、地域別の比較分析を行うためのたくさんの資料・情報・データを収集した。貧困地域の湖南省桑植県においては、農家のバイオガス設備の導入、農地・森林保護、水利灌慨、有機食品の生産・加工などの開発活動をめぐり、現状を把握した上、これらの活動をサポートするための資金を金融と財政の両面から如何に確保できるかを中心にして調査を行った。地元の農家、農村企業と農村信用合作社等を訪れると同時に、関係する地方政府の政策担当者、企業家、銀行職員たちと何回も座談会を開き、情報交換等を行った。この調査に基づいて作成した論文はすでに掲載に至った。吉林省長春市においては、吉林農業大学管理学部の研究協力を得て、農村信用合作社の省レベル連合社と2つの県レベル連合社を訪れ、農村信用合作社の改革を進める上で、避けて通らない不良債権及び積立損失の処理を中心に聞き取り調査を行い、貴重な資料を入手した。現在、この調査結果に関する論文の作成と学会の発表準備を進めている。また、前年度の調査をベースに、中国農村の環境保全と中国農村信用社のマイクロ・ファイナンス市場への参入を主題とする2本の論文を掲載した。そのほかに、学会で2回発表したほか、日本農協の歴史と発展に関する論文シリーズ(石田正昭著)を中国語に訳し、中国の学会誌での掲載が決まっている。以上
