From Quasi-juridical Ethics to Process-Ethics : Challenge to transform of 'bioethics' into Clinical Philosophy

在这个研究项目中，我们试图将生命伦理学转变为过程伦理学，我们认为这是准法律伦理学的替代方案。为了寻找这种转变的可能性，我们进行了以下研究：为了澄清我们所谓的准司法伦理问题，我们邀请了生命伦理学的研究者，并举行了几次研讨会。我们邀请了金森教授（东京大学）来做关于自由主义新优生学的演讲。Dietmer Mieth（来自德国）谈了欧盟的生物伦理和基因工程政策。Michaela Serbulea（来自罗马尼亚）谈到了文化背景与生命伦理之间的关系。通过这些研讨会，我们阐明了准司法伦理问题的本质在于法院模式，它忽视了达成决定的过程。为了克服这个问题，我们探索了另一种伦理的可能性，它关注的是做出决定的过程。我们进行了以下研究。在日本居家安宁疗护研究小组广岛会议上，我们联手举办了哲学咖啡馆。在这个咖啡馆里，参与者围绕以下主题讨论护理：有没有一种护理，不侵犯病人的隐私？中冈以小组成员的身份参加了在日本哲学协会召开的哲学教育专题讨论会。从2003年到今年，我们每年在京都的高中开设10节哲学课，教授哲学思维，训练学生之间的对话。通过这些活动，我们评估了哲学的社会滚动，并寻求合作决策的可能性。本文对叙述医学（Narrative based Medicine， EBM）进行了研究，叙述医学弥补了循证医学（Evidence based Medicine， EBM）的不足。我们举办了关于灵性与叙事关系的公开研讨会。我们对这些研究进行了总结并作了报告。

In this research project, we tried to transform Bioethics into process-ethics, that we think as a alternative to quasi-juridical ethics. In order to search a possibility of this transformation, we researched as follow :To clarify the Problematic of quasi-juridical Ethics, which we call, we invited researcher of Bioethics and held several symposiums. We invited Professor Kanamori Osamu(Tokyo Uni.) to lecture about liberal new eugenics. Dietmer Mieth(from Germany) talked about policy of bioethics and genetic engineering in EU. Michaela Serbulea(from romania) talked about the relation between cultural background and bioethics. Trough these symposiums, we elucidated that the nature of the problematic of quasi-juridical ethics lie in a court model, which ignore the process to reach a decision.To overcome this problematic, we explored the possibilities of alternative ethics, which focuses on the process to come to a decision. And we conducted following researches.We joined forces to hold philosophical cafe in the Hiroshima meeting of Japan research group of home care hospice. In this cafe participants talked about care under the following theme: Is there a care, which does not invade patient's privacy?Nakaoka took part in the symposium about the education of philosophy in the meeting of the Philosophical Association of Japan as a panelist. From 2003 to this year, we had ten classes of Philosophy per a year in the high school in Kyoto and taught philosophical thinking and trained dialog between students. Through these activities, we assessed social roll of philosophy and sought possibilities of cooperative decision-making.We investigated Narrative based Medicine (EBM), which gets a lot of attention to compensate Evidence based Medicine (EBM). And we held public symposium about the relation between Spirituality and Narrative.We sum up these researches and made a report.
