项目摘要

本研究ではドラッグ経験者(ドラッグの使用経験者と海外におけるドラッグカルチャーへの接触経験者をドラッグ経験者と呼ぶ)のライフヒストリー分析を行い、現在の薬物乱用防止教育の課題と乱用防止プログラムの新たな方向性を明らかにした。具体的には以下の二点が本年度の成果である。第一は昨年度までに蓄積したドラッグ経験者やカスタムカーチームのメンバーたちへのフィールドワーク経験とデータを基盤とし、ドラッグ経験者のライフヒストリー分析から、ドラッグ使用(逸脱)を是認する価値や思考様式の形成プロセスと我が国の学校教育や啓発活動で学習したドラッグに関する知識の無効化プロセスが生じる要因について考察した。具体的にはドラッグの勧誘をめぐる経験がワーキングホリデーの若者たちの<語り>や相互作用(やりとり)において、儀礼的無関心による<問題化されない経験>として再構成されることから、薬物乱用防止教育プログラムが根本的な問題を抱えている現状を明らかにした。その成果は「『ドラッグ』経験者のライフヒストリー(1)-ワーキングホリデーの若者たち-」(『愛媛大学教育学部紀要』2005)と日本特別活動学会第14回大会(発表題目「特別活動における薬物乱用防止教育の課題」)で報告した。第二はライフヒストリー分析の知見から、薬物乱用防止教育のカリキュラム開発と教材開発を行った。特に情報化・価値多様化社会に対応したメディアリテラシー育成型のプログラム開発と各学校段階に応じた薬物乱用防止カリキュラムモデルを提案した。これをもとに、小学校三校、中学校三校、高等学校二校で薬物乱用防止教室を実践し、成果を地域に還元しながら実践分析を行った。このライフヒストリーの知見に基づいた実践的カリキュラム開発の具体的な内実は「『ドラッグ』経験者のライフヒストリー(2)-フィールドに基づく薬物乱用防止カリキュラム開発-」(近刊)において報告する。

This study is aimed at analyzing the current situation of drug abuse prevention education and its new direction. The following are the results of this year.
