1、はじめに本研究は、10代の母親の母子関係の特徴について明らかにすることを目的とし、生後4、8、12ヶ月の母子相互作用の観察、対児感情及び母性意識の3側面から評価した。2、対象1)10代の母親とその子ども18組2)対照群の母親とその子ども19組3、方法婦検診に来院した妊娠36週の妊婦に調査の趣旨を説明し、同意が得られた妊婦のみに出産後、4、8、12ヶ月に家庭訪問を行った。母子相互作用の観察は、家庭内の自然な場面を観察するために、あらかじめVTR機材を渡し、撮影を依頼した。VTRは家庭訪問時に回収し、NCAST Feeding Scaleを用いて採点した。観察値の一致率は、96.3%であった。自記式質問紙は、大日向の母性意識尺度、花沢の対児感情尺度、現在の育児状況を知るために母親のストレス及び身体・精神的サポートに関する内容を含む自記式質問紙を作成した。家庭訪問時に記入を依頼し、その場で回収した。4、結果背景は、10代の母親の平均年齢は、18.3±0.5歳、対照群は、28.9±1.2歳。12ヶ月間の調査中に配偶者との離婚は、10代の母親では2例であった。母子相互作用の平均得点は、10代の母親は、4ヶ月、55.9±27.5点、8ヶ月、57.0±18.9点、12ヶ月、57.8±47.2点。対照群の母子相互作用の平均得点は、4ヶ月、60.0±32.4点、8ヶ月、61.5±37.2点、12ヶ月、62.1±29.4点であった。各時期について.2群間の差の検定(t-test)行った結果、12ヶ月の母子相互作用の得点に有意差がみられた(t=-2.62、P<0.05)。両群共に全期間を通じて母子相互作用の得点と母性意識及び対児感情の得点の間に相関はみられなかった。10代の母親の母子相互作用に影響する要因は、生後12ヶ月の精神的サポートをする人の多さと母子相互作用が相関する(r=0.51、n=18、p<0.05)。つまり、サポートする人が多いほど母子相互作用は良好となることが示唆された。
