大別して三つの成果があった。第一に、前年度末に開始した日本の花卉市場における繰り返しオークションの研究(北原稔氏<東京大学社会科学研究所、日本学術振興会特別研究員>との共同研究)が具体的な成果を収め、かなり一般的な設定のもとで、日本方式と欧州方式との間の花卉市場のパフォーマンスを理論的に比較することが可能となった。本研究は国際計量経済学会を含めた多数の学会・研究集会で発表し、論文としてまとめる最終段階に位置している。第二に、前年度からの繰り越し研究である、くり返しモラルハザードにおける「最終成果のみに依拠するインセンティブ契約の最適性」を示す研究を継続しておこなった。本研究は、従来の先行研究とは対照的な結果を導くものであり、重要度が高い研究である。前年度までは、2期間モデルに特定した分析を主体として行なっていたが、3期以上の設定のもとでも同様の結果が成り立つ条件を前年度末から継続的に詳しく調べ、論文として完成させた(東京大学経済学研究科ディスカッションペーパーとして発表済み)。当該論文は、現在英文査読誌において査読中である(平成18年度末現在)。第三に、くり返し投票モデルの下で一院制より二院制が優れている場合があることを示す研究をおこなった。本研究は、前二者との重要度の比較から、ショート・ペーパーとしてまとめる方針で研究を行い、一定の条件のもとでの二院制の優越性を示す論文として早期にまとめ、年度中に英文査読誌に投稿をおこなった。年度末にあたる平成19年3月に、International Review of Law and Economicsより掲載承諾の通知を得た。

The results of the three tests are as follows: Research on the flower market in Japan (joint research by Minoru Kitahara, Institute of Social Sciences, University of Tokyo, and Japan Association for the Promotion of Science), which began at the end of the first and last fiscal years, provides a theoretical comparison of specific results, general settings, and European approaches to the flower market. This study covers most of the international institutes of metrology, research conferences, papers, and final stages. In the second and previous years, the study was conducted to demonstrate the suitability of the contract for the final outcome. This study is a preliminary study of the past and a study of the importance of the future. For the first two years, the main body of the specific analysis was set up, and the results of the three or more periods were set up. The detailed adjustment and completion of the paper were completed at the end of the previous year (Department of Economics, University of Tokyo). When this paper is published, it is published in English (end of Heisei 18). Third, the voting system is under the unicameral system, and the bicameral system is under the optimal situation. This study compares the importance of the two systems and shows the superiority of the two-chamber system under certain conditions. The International Review of Law and Economics published a notice of commitment.
