在宅看護・介護労働者を対象とした腰部・頚肩腕部の作業負担軽減に関する研究

项目摘要

1.労働と健康に関する実態調査某民間医療団体所属の全介護・看護事業所1357箇所のうち、調査への協力が可能であった402事業所の介護・看護労働者、計6632人に労働と健康に関する質問紙を配布した。回収数4756人、回収率72%。現在解析作業中である。2.在宅看護・介護労働者の作業負担の検討と軽減評価昨年度に作業負担を検討した16事例と今年度新たに同行調査を行った15事例、計31事例のうち、作業姿勢の改善、介護補助具の使用、膝あて付き作業ズボンの使用、作業環境改善により負担軽減が可能と考えられ、介入を提案したものは12例あった。うち8事例については、8チャンネルの携帯型筋電位実効値変換アンプを用い、抽出事例を担当するヘルパーの肩・腰・背部の筋電図を介入前後で測定した。その結果、介入を提案した12事例中10事例でその効果が確認できた。また金沢市内の某老健施設、特別養護老人ホーム、通所リハビリテーション施設および病院療養病棟を訪問し、介護作業を観察した上で、入浴環境や移乗方法の改善について助言した。引き続き、同施設の協力を得て介入研究を行う。3.労働者の安全衛生教育に役立つ教材の作成とマネジメントシステムの立案実施した調査結果を踏まえ、介護労働者の健康実態、介入事例の紹介、在宅看護・介護労働者および事業主向けの労働衛生管理マニュアルといった内容の報告書を作成した。また学習教材として、介入効果が確認できた10事例についての改善事例集を作成し、DVD・CD等にまとめた。
