新統計法と経済統計の視点から,統計作成機関の抱える問題を検討し,今後の総合的な利用に関わる論点を整理した.特に地方統計組織・地域データ作成の現状と問題点,国の統計機構の問題点と今後の展望,政府統計の二次的利用の問題を検討した.国民経済計算に関しては,工業統計・生産動態統計の適切な活用方法,家計調査との貯蓄率の比較を行った.また,各省が作成する統計の高度な利用例,複雑な推定法の精度に関する理論的検討を実施した.

The new statistical method and the new statistical viewpoint are discussed, and the problems related to the future integration and utilization are sorted out. In particular, local statistical organizations, regional organizations, problems and future prospects of national statistical organizations, problems of secondary use of government statistics are discussed. National economic statistics, industrial statistics, dynamic production statistics, household surveys, and storage rate comparisons. For example, the statistical height of each province is calculated, and the theoretical analysis related to the accuracy of the complex estimation method is carried out.
