This research has been performed in a quite practical manner to promote a culture of security in Yamaguchi University by planning a program of the information security education and carrying it into action. The program is planned for all the first-year students and its content consists of (1) essence of information and its processing., (2) encryption and certification, (3) information security, (4) information morals, (5) compliance, (6) risk assessment, and (7) risk management and exercise. A detailed syllabus is prepared for this program and many courses based on this syllabus are offered for all the first-year students.Training courses for the information security have been held for three years in Yamaguchi University and their content has been recorded in a form of e-learning material which is utilized for the information security education. A content management system has been developed in order to enable suppliers to make e-learning materials easily and users to browse them on the Internet.

本研究通过制定信息安全教育计划并付诸实施，以非常实用的方式在山口大学推广安全文化。该计划是为所有一年级学生计划的，其内容包括（1）信息的本质及其处理。(2)加密和认证，（3）信息安全，（4）信息道德，（5）合规性，（6）风险评估，以及（7）风险管理和演习。本课程制定了详细的教学大纲，并以该大纲为基础，面向所有一年级学生开设了多门课程。山口大学连续三年举办了信息安全培训课程，并将其内容记录在电子学习材料中，用于信息安全教育。我们开发了一个内容管理系统，以便供应商能够轻松制作电子学习材料，并使用户能够在互联网上浏览它们。
