前年度から引き続き,口腔癌からの頸部リンパ節転移に対するCT,MRIおよび超音波検査の診断基準の改訂を行い,その診断能の分析および改訂後の診断基準の診断限界を解析してきた。さらに,改訂後の診断基準の精度を向上させるために,また,本研究の目的である各個体の特性(性,年齢,口腔内の炎症所見,歯の状態,歯槽骨吸収の状態,原発巣の発生部位および進展範囲,原発巣の病理組織所見,等)を考慮したオーダメイドの診断基準の作成のためにさらなる統計学的分析を行ってきたが,前年度の報告でも述べたように各患者の個体差が大きく,その個体差を反映する画像所見の抽出および個体の緒条件と各画像所見との相関関係の分析に手間取っており,患者の個体の特性を考慮した画像診断基準の作成に苦慮しているのが現状である。なお,CT,MRIおよび超音波検査の画像所見を入力することにより,診断結果を自動的に表示すとともに,報告書を受け取った検査依頼者が直感的かつ読影報告書に記載された文書の誤読や勘違いを防ぐために,ビジュアルに表現された口腔癌の頸部リンパ節診断報告書の転移画像診断システムの構築については前年度の結果を踏まえ,すでにビジュアルな頸部リンパ節転移の関する診断結果をLAN上で配信し,ビジュアル化された診断情報の共有化についてはシステムの構築を行い,現在試験的運用を行っている。その試験運用の結果は良好であり,現在支障なく稼働している。

The objective of this study was to identify individual characteristics.(Sex, age, inflammation findings in the oral cavity, dental status, alveolar bone absorption status, site of origin and extent of progression of origin, pathological findings of origin, etc.) Statistical analysis of the diagnostic criteria for the development of oral diseases was carried out, and individual differences among patients were large in the previous year's report. The individual differences reflected in the images were extracted and the individual conditions were analyzed. The individual characteristics of the patient were taken into account and the image diagnostic criteria were established. CT,MRI and ultrasound examination of the image found in the force, the diagnosis results of the automatic presentation, report, according to the examination of the direct feeling of the image report records the document error detection, violation prevention, performance, oral cancer neck section diagnosis report of the shift image diagnosis, construction of the previous year's results step by step, The diagnosis result of neck joint shift is distributed on LAN, the diagnosis information is shared, and the application of current trial is carried out. The results of the trial were good, but now they are not.
