项目摘要

最終年度を迎え、研究成果を3本の論文にまとめた。脱欧米中心主義思潮の興隆の経緯については、最も典型的な事例として、アジア太平洋現代美術トライエニアルの第1回展(1993年)から第5回展(2006年)までの推移をその背景とともに跡づけた(山口大学哲学研究)。また水平的国際主義実現の新局面として、地域主義への傾斜と子ども向け教育プログラムの拡充に焦点を当てて、第5回アジア太平洋現代美術トライエニアルのキッズAPTを論じた(ビエンナーレの現在)。資料収集と調査の成果として、国内に所蔵されるヴェネツィア・ビエンナーレ古書図録(豊田市美術館、山口大学蔵)、復刻版(多摩美術大学、愛知芸術文化センター蔵)、マイクロフィルム版(東京都現代美術館蔵)を比較し、古書図録にのみ確認できる情報を抽出した(異文化研究)。国際美術展の調査では、6月にヴェネツィア・ビエンナーレ第52回国際美術展、ドクメンタ12、ミュンスター彫刻プロジェクテ、9月に北九州国際ビエンナーレ07、10月に第22回現代日本彫刻展(宇部ビエンナーレ)、11月に神戸ビエンナーレ2007を調査。デジタルカメラ、ヴィデオカメラによる写真撮影、映像記録を行ない、学内限定で公開した。平成17-19年度撮影分のうち、ヴェネツィア・ビエンナーレ第51回国際美術展から釜山ビエンナーレ2006までの9件について、デジタル画像6,845点を一覧可能な報告書(A4版、モノクロ16頁、カラー288頁)を3冊作成した。国際美術展の図録、関係論文集の収集成果は3年間で155冊。既収集分と合わせた総蔵書数は280冊となり、国際美術展研究の環境基盤を構築することができた。本研究の最も重要な成果は、暮沢剛巳・難波祐子編『ビエンナーレの現在』(青弓社、2008年1月)への寄稿である。同書は、本研究とほぼ開始時期を同じくして東京で発足した「国際展研究会」の成果報告書であり、国内初のまとまった国際美術展論集である。本研究者は、同研究会の外部で独自に研究を続けていたが、ブログや九州藝術学会の研究誌等への成果発表を介して、寄稿を依頼され、脱欧米中心主義的観点からの全体状況を述べた上で、今後の地域観客重視の観点を打ち出した点で重要な貢献を果たした。

The new situation of horizontal internationalism has emerged, and regionalism has been tilted toward education. The focus of education has been on the 5th chapter of Pacific Modern Art. Data collection and research results are collected and information is extracted from ancient books (Toyota City Museum of Art, Yamaguchi University), copies (Tama University of Fine Arts, Aichi Art Culture Center), and ancient books (Tokyo Museum of Modern Art).
