项目摘要

本研究では「日本市場におけるワインの大衆品化」を事例研究の主な題材として活用し「文化製品の国際普及メカニズムの全体像」を大まかに描写することを、最終目的としている。そして、その結果を、短編論文に留まらずに、著書化することを目指しており、この点を上述の目的と共に、挑戦的研究としての意義の一つに掲げている。本課題の当初の計画では、昨年度が最終年度となる予定であった。しかし、COVID-19の流行による遅延の影響があり、昨年度に延長を申請し、更に本年度も再延長を申請した。以上の関連で、本年度も中間作業という位置づけで調査と研究を実施した。本年度は、フィールドワークの実施およびそのための準備に最も時間を注ぎ、活動を行なった。フィールドワークを、特に海外調査を実施できたことは、本課題の研究を進める上では極めて大きい。主要な研究方法として研究計画調書に明記していたにもかかわらず、昨年度までは十分に実施することができず、海外調査に至っては一度も実施できていなかったからである。以上のような状況の中、本年度はフランスと国内の新潟において、2度のフィールドワークを実施することができた。フランスにおいては、2023年3月8日から18日にかけて、ワインの世界的な産業集積であるシャンパーニュ地域とブルゴーニュ地域を訪問し、ワインの生産者やワインの日本輸出を支援する様々なプレイヤーに対して、現場見学とインタビューを行った。新潟においては、2022年6月8日から10日にかけて、日本酒関連の商社や製造設備メーカー等に対して、現場見学とインタビューを行った。他方調査成果の論文化や公表も、サブという位置づけで実施した。例えば、学会発表に関しては「国際ビジネス研究学会第29回全国大会」において「伝統産業における形式知化の方向性と国際展開　日本酒産業とワイン産業の比較分析」というタイトルで発表した。
