It is well-known that long term high fat diet increases body fat mass and develops the metabolic syndrome, although high fat diet enhances fat metabolism in skeletal muscle and increases the endurance capacity. We examined the effect of the long term high fat diet on serum adipocytokine levels such as leptin, adiponectin and TNF-α. Our results show that fish oil and coconuts oil high fat diet and endurance training could improve the metabolic syndrome.

众所周知，长期高脂肪饮食会增加体内脂肪量并产生代谢综合征，尽管高脂肪饮食会增强骨骼肌的脂肪代谢并提高耐力能力。我们研究了长期高脂肪饮食对血清脂肪细胞因子水平（如瘦素、脂联素和 TNF-α）的影响。我们的结果表明，鱼油和椰子油高脂肪饮食和耐力训练可以改善代谢综合征。
