Effect of high fat diet on serum adipocytokine levels in rats

众所周知，虽然高脂肪饮食可以促进骨骼肌的脂肪代谢，提高耐力，但长期高脂肪饮食会增加体脂量，并产生代谢综合征。我们研究了长期高脂饮食对血清脂肪细胞因子水平的影响，如瘦素、脂联素和TNF-α。我们的研究结果表明，鱼油和椰子油高脂肪饮食和耐力训练可以改善代谢综合征。

It is well-known that long term high fat diet increases body fat mass and develops the metabolic syndrome, although high fat diet enhances fat metabolism in skeletal muscle and increases the endurance capacity. We examined the effect of the long term high fat diet on serum adipocytokine levels such as leptin, adiponectin and TNF-α. Our results show that fish oil and coconuts oil high fat diet and endurance training could improve the metabolic syndrome.
