本研究では, SDSS銀河サンプルのパワースペクトル解析を実行しながら, 現在の観測データ, 及び将来のWFMOSサーベイを想定した大規模赤方偏移探査によって, 拡張重力模型のテストが可能になることを示した。また, バリオン音響振動に対する精密な理論予言のために, 摂動理論の高次項を計算することによって, 密度揺らぎの準非線形効果による影響を明らかにした。特に, バリオン音響振動の減衰について準解析的な表式を導出し, SDSS・LRGサンプルのバリオン音響振動に減衰が見いだされることを示した。
